Hume City Council in Melbourne is seeking a Director Organisational Performance to lead a diverse enterprise portfolio underpinning performance, sustainability, and transformation. Reporting to the CEO, you will guide strategy, performance reporting and service reviews while ensuring strong governance and risk management across Finance, IT, and Strategy.

Broad fiscal management experience in a medium to large organisation.
Strong strategic financial planning and income diversification capability.
Proven ability to lead service planning reviews for efficiency.
Experience integrating procurement and managing property portfolios.
Leading change and digital transformation to improve citizen outcomes.

Responsabilités

Provide strategic and operational leadership across Finance, IT, Digital Transformation, Governance and Property, and Organisational Performance and Strategy.
Oversee Council’s strategic planning framework, performance reporting and service reviews.
Ensure governance, risk management and integrity across the organisation.
Build credible relationships with Councillors and senior leadership to influence decision-making.
