Good Counsel Primary School in Innisfail invites applications for the Leader of Diversity to join our Catholic education team. The role is a dynamic teaching and leadership position partnering with the Principal to drive inclusive learning across the school.

You will coordinate support for students with diverse needs, liaise with specialists, and work with families to ensure high-quality outcomes for all students in a faith-filled environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with professional teaching qualifications.
• Strong ability to support diverse learners and learning needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with families and staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate Diversity initiatives across the school.
• Collaborate with the Principal and leadership team to implement inclusive teaching strategies.
• Support and supervise Diversity Teachers and School Learning Officers.
• Liaise with parents and visiting specialists to support student learning.
