Job summary

ING Australia is seeking a Head of Digital Sales (Product Area Lead, Digital Sales) to drive strategy, delivery and performance of our digital sales channels across the customer journey. You’ll lead cross-functional squads to create seamless, customer-centric experiences that convert and retain customers.

This role sits at the intersection of product, sales and technology, owning all customer acquisition and channel performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital product leadership, ideally in financial services or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of digital sales funnel, from discovery to onboarding and conversion optimization.
• Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital sales channels across the digital customer journey strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the roadmap, prioritisation, and delivery of digital sales initiatives.
• Champion data‑driven design and experimentation to optimise conversion and engagement.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across product, marketing, technology, and compliance.
• Lead and inspire a growing team of product managers, designers, and engineers in an agile environment.
