Job summary

BDO is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end HCM implementations across Oracle HCM Cloud, Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and related solutions. You will manage cross-functional teams, budgets, and governance, partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to deliver optimized HR processes.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in project management with 2–3 years in HCM/HRIS implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end HCM implementations and optimisation projects on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and steering packs.
Manage budgets, resource plans and vendor relationships across concurrent workstreams.
Establish governance frameworks aligned with standards and best practice.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and mentor consultants.
Engage stakeholders and facilitate workshops with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT.
Provide reporting to sponsors and steering committees on progress, risks, and decisions.
