Job summary

FiveSeven Consulting on the Central Coast seeks an experienced Director of Clinical Services to lead clinical governance, quality and risk across residential aged care and at-home services. Working with the CEO, Board and Executive Team, you will shape care delivery to be safe, person-centred and responsive to a changing aged care environment.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with NMBA.
• Senior leadership experience in aged care or regulated environments.
• Expertise in clinical governance, quality systems and accreditation.
• Strong understanding of aged care legislation and standards.
• Executive or senior leadership experience in complex service settings.
• Ability to lead change and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication with Board and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential matters and maintain integrity.
• Willingness to obtain a National Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for clinical care, quality and safety across service streams.
• Strengthen organisation-wide clinical governance framework.
• Provide expert clinical advice to CEO, Board and Executive Team.
• Oversee clinical policies, standards, assurance systems and quality reporting.
• Lead accreditation readiness and regulatory engagement.
• Oversee clinical risks, incidents and complaints.
