Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie Group seeks a Director of Digital Operations to lead the AI-enabled digital operations portfolio within Advance Digital and Data. You will own the operating model for intake, prioritisation, delivery, and reporting, built on AI-first and agile principles.

You will manage a portfolio of AI and agentic solutions, partnering with senior leaders to align with strategy and deliver measurable value through structured pilots and iterative improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience across technology portfolio management, delivery management, or digital and business operations, including delivery across multiple geographic regions.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role over multi-disciplinary teams, ideally across offices, time zones and cultures.
• Experience in AI-native operating models and aligning to practice strategy, business goals and measurable outcomes.
• Fluency with generative AI and agentic tools; understanding AI architecture and lifecycle to redesign operations.
• Led or transformed an operations, portfolio or delivery function to run on AI and automation with measurable gains.
• Deep expertise in agile delivery and portfolio management at scale, including intake and prioritisation, capacity planning, dependency and risk management.
• Designed and interpreted operational reporting, including OKRs, delivery and adoption metrics and value realisation.
• Able to run pilots, measure results, scale what works, and drive adoption of changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Operations function and the AI-enabled portfolio within Advance Digital and Data.
• Oversee intake triage, demand analysis, portfolio reporting and capacity forecasting.
• Apply AI-first and agile principles to deliver value in short increments with visibility of progress.
• Collaborate with the Chief Digital and Data Officer and Advance leadership to align demand with strategy.
