Zusammenfassung

THRF Group is seeking a health/community services leader for a full-time maternity leave cover until 11 February 2028. You will oversee multiple services, lead multidisciplinary teams and drive growth through partnerships and new program development.

Reporting to the Chief of Client and Patient Services, you will focus on participation growth, sustainability and high-quality service delivery, with accountability for budgets and performance metrics.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualifications in health or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in business development and service expansion.
• Experience leading change and delivering quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Sound financial and resource management abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and development.
• Drive service growth across Creative Health, Brain Body Fitness Studio, Palliative Care and Accommodation.
• Identify market opportunities and develop new programs to strengthen revenue.
• Build partnerships with healthcare providers, community organisations and funding bodies.
• Pursue grants and funding opportunities to support SA Health grant delivery and evaluation.
• Oversee budgets, resources and KPIs, contributing to reporting.
• Lead continuous improvement and system enhancements to improve client outcomes.
