Job summary
The Hospital Research Foundation Group is seeking a Program Director — Integrated Health & Wellness to lead growth and delivery of our integrated health services. This full-time maternity leave cover combines leadership, business development and operational management to increase participation and sustainability.
You will guide multidisciplinary teams, build partnerships with providers, councils and funders, and oversee budgets and program evaluation to maintain high-quality client outcomes.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in health or related field.
- Experience in business development and program expansion.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Financial management and reporting experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration.
- Drive growth across integrated health services and studios.
- Identify market opportunities and develop new programs or billable models.
- Build partnerships with healthcare providers, councils and funders.
- Pursue grants and funding with compliance and evaluation focus.
- Oversee budgets, KPIs and reporting to the board.
- Lead continuous improvement and service evaluation.
