Job summary

Optus, an Australian telecommunications leader, is seeking an Associate Director, Inclusion & Employee Listening to shape culture, strengthen employee experience and translate workforce insights into decisive action. You will influence executive decision-making and drive inclusion strategies across the enterprise.

You will lead governance, survey design and analytics, delivering measurable roadmaps and focus on gender equity, DEI policy frameworks and employee listening programs.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in IDE or diversity initiatives within large organisations.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for executives.
• Experience designing and leading employee surveys.
• Strong governance and roadmap development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Inclusion, Gender Equity and Employee Listening strategies, with governance and roadmaps.
• Drive end-to-end employee listening programs from survey design to action planning.
• Translate workforce data into executive and board-level insights and actions.
• Lead governance and delivery of gender equity priorities, reporting and policy frameworks.
• Partner with People & Culture, Technology and Communications to embed inclusive practices.
• Build tools and frameworks enabling leaders to create inclusive, high-performing teams.
