Optus is seeking an Associate Director, Inclusion & Employee Listening to lead IDE, gender equity and listening initiatives, translating workforce data into action that boosts trust and engagement across the business.

The role partners with People & Culture, Technology and Communications to embed inclusive practices, report to ExCo/Board as required, and drive measurable progress in culture and experience.

Qualificações

• Significant experience leading Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (IDE) or Employee Listening programs within a large organisation.
• Strong ability to translate data into clear business recommendations and actions.
• Experience presenting to boards and senior leadership with credible stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-wide Inclusion, Gender Equity and Employee Listening strategies with governance and roadmaps.
• Drive end-to-end employee listening programs from survey design to action planning.
• Translate workforce data into executive-level insights and recommendations.
• Partner with People & Culture, Technology, Communications to embed inclusive practices across the lifecycle.
