The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of business, application, and technical specialists at strategic and operational levels in the integrated operation and support of complex enterprise information applications and infrastructure to achieve defined service levels.

Role responsibilities:

1. Proactively create and manage service level agreements, operating level agreements, and underpinning contracts with service providers to deliver agreed services to customers.
2. Work collaboratively with customers to manage and understand respective service requirements, ensuring service levels remain aligned with changing business needs and evolving delivery capabilities.
