• Ensure systems are stable, secure, compliant and responsive to business and user needs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a high-performance service culture.
• Oversee governance, reporting, risk management and assurance activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across the department and partner agencies.
• Provide authoritative advice to senior executives on platform performance and investment priorities.
• Manage financial, workforce, vendor and contractor resources.
• Drive service maturity and innovation through Agile delivery, automation and cloud technologies.
• Ensure onboarding, release coordination and transition activities for platform consumers.
