Job summary

NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure seeks a dynamic Manager Digital Initiatives & Applications Support to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage the lifecycle of digital solutions and application services, aligning with the Digital and Data Strategy.

You will drive modern, efficient service delivery, uphold governance and security standards, and report on progress, risks and outcomes while fostering an inclusive workplace and flexible work arrangements in Newcastle or Sydney.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in managing application and development teams.
• Experience in system integration and middleware with PaaS/SaaS.
• Strong vendor relationship management and delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidiscipline teams to deliver and manage digital solutions lifecycle.
• Oversee implementation of Digital and Data Strategy and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Ensure modern, secure, and compliant service delivery across the organisation.
• Provide clear reporting on progress, risks and resolutions.
