Job summary

ACT Digital seeks a Director to lead whole-of-government policy for digital identity, verifiable credentials, the ACT Digital Account and related digital service reform. You will shape policy, governance, and practical frameworks to deliver trusted, secure and inclusive government services.

You will influence major decisions, coordinate across government, and engage with national forums while embracing flexible hybrid arrangements, primarily from home with some Civic and ACT locations.

Responsibilities

• Shape clear, evidence-based policy for digital identity and related services.
• Provide executive and Cabinet material to support informed decisions.
• Lead governance for emerging digital capabilities across government.
• Translate priorities into practical policy and technical frameworks.
• Collaborate across ACT Government to respond to policy issues and directions.
