• Baseline security clearance required or the ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for delivery, operation and continuous improvement of critical digital platform services (APIs, identity access management, governance).
• Ensure platform systems are stable, secure, compliant and responsive to government and user needs.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, building capability and sustaining high‑performance service culture.
• Oversee governance, risk management and reporting to support decision‑making and policies.
