Job summary

NAB is seeking an Executive Director to lead high-profile Data Centre and Digital Infrastructure transactions across Australia and New Zealand. You will originate and structure complex Project, Acquisition and Structured Finance solutions, drawing on deep infrastructure finance expertise to deliver tailored outcomes for private capital investors and multinational clients.

In this role you will work with our Global Institutional Banking team, steering discussions with customers and syndicate

Qualifications

Extensive Project Finance or related experience in a Tier 1 bank or infrastructure platform.
Data Centre / Digital Infrastructure experience relevant to the sector.
Strong credit structuring, risk assessment and modelling capabilities.
Knowledge of project finance documentation and commercial judgement.
Ability to translate sector insights for clients and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead origination, structuring and execution of transactions across Data Centres and Digital Infrastructure.
Develop tailored financing solutions with investors and clients.
Navigate complex transactions with banks, advisers and syndicates.
Collaborate with Corporate & Institutional Banking to seize broader opportunities.
Provide guidance and coaching to the broader team on transactions.
