The University of New England invites applications for a Project Delivery Manager based in Armidale. You will lead capital projects from inception through delivery and closeout, including new builds, redevelopments and refurbishments of buildings and infrastructure.

We seek an experienced leader with a track record managing complex capital works over $10 million, with strong stakeholder engagement, budget and contract oversight, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

• Extensive experience managing complex capital works projects > $10 million.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage budgets.
• Experience overseeing contracts, project risks and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication, negotiation and strategic planning skills.
