Job summary

VaynerMedia Sydney is seeking an ambitious Director, CAIT (Creators, Affiliates, Influencers & Talent) & Social Commerce to shape and expand our creator and social commerce offerings in Australia. You’ll manage an agile squad and collaborate with Client Partnerships, Strategy, Creative, and Media leads to bridge culture, creator content, and full‑funnel commerce.

This is a 12‑month contract based in Sydney, reporting to agency leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of dedicated experience in influencer marketing and creator relations in Australia.
• Hands-on TikTok Shop strategy and affiliate execution preferred.
• Strong commercial negotiation, rights usage, exclusivity, and program scoping.

Responsibilities

• Drive integrated CAIT strategy across creator, affiliate, talent, and social commerce.
• Lead end-to-end social commerce capabilities including TikTok Shop setup, recruitment, seeding, campaigns, and performance.
• Architect talent partnerships: casting, sourcing, and complex negotiations (fees, rights, licensing, exclusivity).
• Champion social-first creative and platform-native briefs.
• Oversee team workflows, budgets, agency scopes, and profitability metrics.
