Job summary

VaynerMedia APAC is seeking a senior Client Partner to lead the business in Australia. This full-time 12-month contract role reports to the Country Manager and focuses on building and nurturing strategic client partnerships, driving growth and ensuring top-tier delivery across brands.

You will own P&L, develop a diverse and inclusive team, and collaborate with global teams to harmonize operations while delivering excellent client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in media/advertising with Australia market experience.
• Proven leadership and relationship-building with senior clients.
• Strong strategic sales planning and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Be the business unit owner driving new business and leading client partnerships.
• Manage P&L and develop a diverse, high-performance team.
• Drive growth and develop relationships with brands and client portfolios; implement strategies to hit objectives.
• Deliver high-standard client presentations and market insights to influence product/service development.
• Collaborate with global teams to harmonize operating model and improve overall operations.
• Ensure excellence in client deliverables and retention of investment.
