What You'll Be Doing (and Why You'll Love It)

You'll be the driving force behind our NSW presence - winning projects, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring flawless delivery across building services and fire safety engineering. From the outset, you'll recruit and mentor a high-performing local team, embed our collaborative culture, and spearhead growth in key sectors where we already have a strong track record.

This Is for You If You Have:

12-15+ years in building services engineering (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, or fire)
A strong Sydney network and proven history of winning work in at least one of our core sectors
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects on time, on budget, and to high quality standards
Commercial acumen and the confidence to balance technical leadership with business growth responsibilities
