Job summary

Kingston District Council invites applications for a leading executive role overseeing infrastructure and operations on the Limestone Coast. The position reports to the CEO and guides a small team, focusing on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement in capital projects and asset renewal programs.

The ideal candidate brings tertiary qualifications, strong financial acumen, and extensive experience in asset management across stormwater, CWMS, roads and coastal assets.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and strategic direction capabilities.
• Strong financial acumen and asset management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for infrastructure and operations delivery.
• Lead planning, delivery, and oversight of capital projects.
• Direct asset management plans to inform LTFP and budgets.
• Drive efficiency, safety, and service excellence across capital works and coastal assets.
• Lead the infrastructure and operations team and advise the CEO and Council.
