Job summary

Perigon Group seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst for a PE-backed technology business in Sydney. You will own the integrated financial model, drive budgeting and rolling forecasts, and translate complex data into actionable insights for Executives and the Board.

You will build scenario models to inform investment and capital allocation, prepare board packs, and partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, ELT, and operations. This role helps shape FP&A as the function scales.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years post-qualification FP&A or commercial finance experience.
• CA or CPA qualification required.
• Advanced 3-statement modelling with strong Excel/Power BI skills.
• Experience budgeting and rolling forecast cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the integrated 3-statement financial model.
• Lead budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
• Turn complex data into insights for Executive and Board stakeholders.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, the ELT, and operations.
