C&K Middlemount Community Childcare Centre is seeking a Director to lead a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment for children, their families and the wider community. You will shape a culture where everyone can belong, grow and thrive through your ideas, passion and leadership.

The role is permanent full-time, starting January 2027. You will bring an ACECQA approved degree, required child safety training, and essential certifications, with access to professional development and

Formación

• Leadership experience in a childcare/education setting.
• Strong understanding of child safety policies and procedures.
• Relevant certifications: First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis.
• Blue Card or exemption, Police Check current.
• Knowledge of NQF, EYLF, and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.
• Completed National Child Safety Training from Foundation to Advanced.

What you’ll bring

If you’re committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success!

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

• An ACECQA approved Bachelor's Degree of Early Childhood Education or equivalent with experience in a similar leadership role
• Approved Child Protection Training or the willingness to obtain.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• Current Police Check
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.
• Completed National Child Safety Training- Foundation and Advanced Certificate (Courses 1 to 5)
