Job summary

iStaff Australia is seeking a Labourer for 90% site travel across Bundaberg, Townsville and Mackay. This is a long-term, ongoing opportunity with secure hours on major infrastructure projects.

You will assist with trenching, pipe laying, site setup and safety, operate power tools, and support a safe productive worksite. Requires White Card, driver's license, willingness to travel, and fitness to pass medical and drug tests.

Qualifications

• Construction White Card required.
• Valid Driver's Licence; depot not accessible by public transport.
• Willingness to travel across project sites.
• Civil construction or utilities experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with trenching, pipe laying and pit installations.
• Operate basic power tools.
• Assist with site setup, safety signage and sediment control.
• Perform manual handling and machinery spotting.
• Support the team in maintaining a safe and productive worksite.
