HelloFresh & YouFoodz are seeking a Direct Sales Representative in Melbourne. You will interact with the public at kiosks and events, starting conversations and driving engagement with a friendly, energetic approach.

No experience is required as training is provided. Shifts are typically 10:30am–5:45pm, Mon-Fri with some weekend options; role offers uncapped commissions and a monthly bonus, plus a strong on-target earning potential.

Direct Sales Representative | Entry Level + WHV Friendly

$34.76 – $60 per hour + Commission + Bonus

What the job is

Talking to people face-to-face at kiosks, events and out in the community

Starting lots of conversations and handling rejection.

Shifts typically run 10.30am - 5.45pm, Mon-Fri, with occasional weekends available, Based in St. Kilda.

What you’ll earn

Casual rate of $34.76/hr on weekdays, rising to up to $69/hr on weekends and public holidays, plus uncapped weekly commission and a monthly bonus structure

On-target earnings of $1,500+/week plus super

What matters is that you’re outgoing, resilient, comfortable chatting to strangers and happy to be on the move rather than sitting still.

Availability is full-time or part-time, flexible around your availability but minimum requirement is 3 days per week.
