Job summary

MYKEY People in Ballarat is seeking a Direct Sales Consultant to support our automotive finance division. You will handle inbound sales and customer service calls related to new loan applications, and gather the necessary information from customers.

You will liaise with Credit Approval, Settlements and Compliance teams, manage loan enquiries, and participate in sales and marketing activities to raise brand awareness, while supporting dealer networks.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales within banking or finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• NCCP and Asset Finance knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with finance providers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales and customer service calls for new loan applications.
• Gather information and documents for new loan applications.
• Coordinate with Credit Approval, Settlements and Compliance teams.
• Manage direct and indirect loan enquiries.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities to boost brand awareness.
• Support the Dealer network with customer relationships.
