Job summary

Little Miracles Point Clare is seeking a passionate and experienced Child Care Educator to join our team as a Room Leader. You will contribute to a warm, inclusive environment where children can reach their full potential.

Plan and deliver age-appropriate programs, lead the room team, build strong relationships with families and the community, and maintain accurate records while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working as an Educator in a childcare setting.
• Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of children.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates.
• Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities
