Little Saints Early Learning Centre in Drouin, VIC is seeking energetic educators for Nursery, Toddler, and Kindergarten rooms. Roles include Trainees, Certificate III, and Diploma Educators with a focus on play-based learning aligned to EYLF and VEYLDF.

Successful candidates will deliver nurturing learning experiences, build strong relationships with children and families, and grow within a supportive, locally owned service that values staff input and career progression.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Willingness to enrol in a Certificate III Traineeship. Mature Age Traineeships available.
• National Child Safety Training (Gecko) – Child Safety & Understanding and Identifying Child Abuse and Neglect.
• Current Victorian Working with Children Check (or VIT registration).
• Australian Working Rights with Australian-recognised qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences guided by the EYLF and VEYLDF.
• Create calm, nurturing environments that spark imagination and build independence.
• Build warm, authentic relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Little Saints operates Monday to Friday 6.30am to 6.30pm.

The Role

What You Will Bring (The Essentials)

• Completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) OR
• Willingness to enrol in a Certificate III Traineeship. Mature Age Traineeships available!
• National Child Safety Training (Gecko) – Child Safety & Understanding and Identifying Child Abuse and Neglect.
• Current Victorian Working with Children Check (or VIT registration).
