Little Miracles is seeking passionate Early Childhood Teachers in NSW, Australia. We offer full-time roles across our 0-2 and 2-5 rooms, with a culture focused on development, wellbeing and professional growth.

You will work within a supportive team, delivering developmentally appropriate programs and strong family engagement. We support educator development, provide wage benefits, discounted childcare, and ongoing coaching.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Create learning experiences around children's interests through play and conversation.
• Ensure environments are developmentally appropriate for 0-2 and 2-5 age groups.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and adapt as needed.
• Support a friendly, secure and interactive learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate with team to promote health, safety and wellbeing.

About the role

The successful candidate will be a passionate and dedicated team member who loves teaching and brings the best out of every child. In this role you will be required to:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with all children, families and work colleagues
• Be able to build rapport with children through play, engage in conversation and help to create learning experiences around their interests
• Ensure the centre environment is developmentally appropriate for children
• Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs
• Create a friendly, secure and interactive learning environment
• Be part of a supportive team environment and culture that values each team member and promotes collaboration through sharing information and teamwork
• Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are always maintained

Little Miracles Wamberal and Little Miracles Niagara Park are looking for full times ECT's to join their communities. Little Miracles Point Clare is looking for a part time ECT to join their team 2 days a week!
