Job summary

Little School Brassall is seeking a Diploma-qualified Room Leader to join our new Early Learning Centre in Brassall, Ipswich. The role can be full-time or part-time, with a warm, child-focused environment and strong emphasis on play-based learning.

We are a family-owned and operated service offering a supportive team culture, exceptional outdoor spaces, and opportunities to lead a room from opening. Blue Card and First Aid costs are covered.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualified Room Leader or equivalent in early childhood education.
• Current Blue Card required to work with children.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of your room in a calm, positive, and organized manner.
• Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children.
• Support and guide educators in your room.
