Job summary

ANZUK is partnering with a leading Adelaide community centre to recruit a Diploma-qualified Room Leader for a permanent full-time role. 4 days per week may be considered. You will guide a small team of educators, contribute to program planning, and bring fresh ideas to the curriculum in a supportive environment.

The centre emphasises educator wellbeing, regular PD time, above-award pay and a strong team culture, located just north of the CBD with easy access.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experiencedDiploma qualified Room Leaderin apermanent full-time role. 4 days per week may also be considered. You'll enjoy a fortnightly rotating roster, providing stability and consistency in your week.
As Room Leader, you'll guide and support a small team of educators, contribute to program planning, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the curriculum. This centre places strong emphasis on educator wellbeing, offering professional development, regular non-contact programming time, and above-award pay.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:

• Hold aDiploma of Early Childhood Education and Care(ACECQA approved)
• Have strong knowledge of theEYLFandNQS
• Be an excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment
• Build strong and lasting relationships with children and families

You will also need (or be willing to obtain):

• Current Working With Children Check
• CPR & First Aid certification
• Child Protection Training (RRHAN)
