Little School Brassall is seeking a passionate Assistant Educator to join our new, family-owned centre. We offer full-time or part-time roles with a focus on natural environments, play-based learning, and meaningful relationships for children aged 75–80 capacity.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Passion for high-quality early childhood education and care.
• Interest in play-based learning and natural environments.
• Warm, caring, team-oriented approach.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Blue Card and First Aid readiness or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of a high-quality educational program.
• Help create a calm, engaging and inclusive learning environment for children.
• Work collaboratively with your room team and leadership.
• Contribute to play-based learning experiences reflecting children's interests.
• Support the development of engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments.
• Build warm, respectful and professional relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Contribute to observations, documentation and daily routines.
• Participate in reflective practice and continuous improvement.
• Help establish Little School Brassall as a centre known for excellence, warmth and genuine care.
