Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Job description

We are a beautiful, new family-owned centre looking for a passionate full-time or part-time Assistant Educator who is excited to be part of a warm, supportive team and help create a high-quality learning environment where children can thrive.

Little School Early Learning Centre is growing and is seeking a Cert III Educators or Diploma qualified assistant to join our team in our newly opened service. Licensed for 75–80 children, our service has been thoughtfully designed to create a calm, inspiring and high-quality environment where children can learn through play, exploration and meaningful relationships.

A key feature of our centre is our strong focus on natural environments and nature-based learning. Our outdoor spaces include a large natural playground, a dedicated loose parts play yard, chickens and guinea pigs, and a small produce garden where children can engage with experiences such as growing lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and other seasonal produce. We are looking for educators who genuinely value the role of the natural environment in children’s learning and who want to be part of rich, play-based educational experiences grounded in curiosity, creativity and connection to the natural world.

We are a family-owned and operated centre, not a large corporate group. We value relationships and genuine support. This is an exciting opportunity for the right people to help shape the culture of a centre known for warmth, professionalism and high-quality practice.
