Job summary

Turramurra kindergarten is seeking experienced Diploma Early childhood educators for full-time and/or part-time roles (min 3 days per week). You will contribute to our programs, mentor educators, and support our dynamic team in delivering outstanding outcomes for children and families.

Holding ACECQA recognised Diploma in children's services or actively working towards it, you will build relationships across the service, collaborate with management, and help market the program to the local

• Active pursuit of a Diploma in children's services.
• Current Working With Children Check.
• Current First Aid certification.
• Foundations of Child Safety Training; knowledge of EYLF and NQS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality early childhood education aligned with EYLF and NQS.
• Coach and mentor a team of educators.
• Engage with families and the local community.
• Support management with program development and marketing to the local community.
• Maintain documentation and planning with weekly rosters.

Looking for experienced Diploma Early childhood educators!

Turramurra kindergarten is seeking an experienced Early childhood educators (Diploma or studying towards Diploma in children's services) required for a full-time &/or part-time diploma positions (min 3 days per week) at Turramurra kindergarten.

You will be part of the centre and our dynamic team driving our philosophy, vision and values as well as coaching and mentoring our team of passionate educators in their journey of continuous improvement.

At Turramurra kindergarten we pride ourselves on ensuring the children, families and educators are recognised and supported through our programs and community engagements.

You will be provided with generous resources, budget and time to work in partnership with the management team to market their program to the local community and continue to enhance the program delivering the best possible outcomes to our child and families.

Holding ACECQA recognised Diploma in children's services and/or actively working towards a recognised diploma, this key role will drive relationship building across the service and support our amazing team of Educators.

Bringing your passion for working with children, you will be pivotal to our success, our programming, our team based culture and achieving a standard of excellence in childcare.

You will work with a team of dedicated managers, educators and assistants to create a stimulating, positive and inclusive environment that reflects the Early years learning framework (EYLF) whilst maintaining the elements of the National Quality Standards (NQS).
