Job summary

Turramurra Kindergarten is seeking Cert 3 Childcare Educators who can work full-time or part-time at our North Turramurra facility. You will join a friendly team, deliver engaging activities aligned with EYLF and NQS, and support diploma studies funded by us within 3 months of employment.

We offer 3x10 or 3x8 hours, flexibility around school hours, and pathways to leadership roles with ongoing professional development and discounted child care fees for educators.

Qualifications

• Current Working with Children Check
• Current Child protection certificate
• Current Foundations of Child Safety Training
• First Aid Certificate and Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (12-24 months current)
• Working knowledge of child development
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and staff
• Advocate for nature play and sustainable practices
• Experience with EYLF/NQS/National Regulations and Assessment and Rating process
• Solid understanding of programming and planning cycle
• Positive, friendly and enthusiastic
• Ability to foster children's imagination, curiosity and creativity
