Kool Beanz SUNS Carrara on the Gold Coast is seeking a Diploma-qualified Assistant Educator to join a passionate team. You will support Lead Educators, contribute to child-led discoveries and help deliver high-quality, inclusive care.

The role requires a Diploma or progress towards one, First Aid/CPR, blue card and strong communication. Hours are Monday–Friday, with career growth across Kool Beanz Academy.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualified Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards this qualification
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates
• Paid working with children check (blue Card)
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, positive, fun and outgoing attitude
• Approachable and friendly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support Lead Educators to implement EYLF-aligned programs
• Build connections with local community, schools and families
• Help the Centre meet/exceed National Quality Standards
