Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Current WWCC and first aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and implementation of engaging educational programs.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe and document children's learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Collaborate to deliver high-quality education and care.
• Ensure compliance with NQF, NQS, and relevant legislation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement at the centre.
