Job summary

Mini Masterminds North Parramatta is seeking a dedicated Diploma Educator to join our team in a full-time capacity. You will deliver engaging, play-based learning that supports each child's development and wellbeing, while building strong relationships with children and families.

You will follow EYLF and NQS, maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment, and collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality education and care.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Preferably 2+ years’ experience in an early childhood setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid Australian working rights; visa sponsorship not available.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Current Child Protection training/certificate
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Preferably 2+ years’ experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for early childhood education
