Job summary

Mini Masterminds Liverpool is seeking a passionate Full-Time Diploma Educator to join our 79-place centre. You will work with a team to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's development.

Guided by our values of Individual Care, Quality Education, and Genuine Love, we provide safe, nurturing settings where children can explore and gain confidence. Applicants must have a Diploma in ECEC and WWCC, with strong EYLF/NQS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferably 3+ years’ experience working in an early childhood education and care setting.

• Observe and document children's learning and development
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

As a Diploma Educator, you will work collaboratively with your team to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's learning, development, and wellbeing.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Current Child Protection training/certificate
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for early childhood education
• Preferably 3+ years’ experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
