Mini Masterminds, a leading early childhood education provider in Liverpool, seeks passionate Diploma Educators to join our 79-place centre on a full-time basis. You will deliver engaging, play-based learning, support children's wellbeing, and collaborate with families and colleagues to maintain high-quality education.

Applicants must hold ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, WWCC, current First Aid/CPR, and EYLF/NQS knowledge; 2+ years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications are required.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
• Preferably 2+ years’ experience in early childhood education and care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for early childhood education.

• Observe and document children's learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

• Support children's wellbeing, learning, and development through meaningful interactions.
