Job summary

Quickcare is seeking a Diploma Educator to join a welcoming team in Penrith, NSW. The role involves delivering high-quality early childhood programs, supporting children’s development, and building strong relationships with families and the local community.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent), a WWCC, and current First Aid/CPR and asthma/anaphylaxis certificates. Commitment to EYLF and NQF standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) required.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Asthma/Anaphylaxis certificates required.
• Strong understanding of EYLF and NQF.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs reflecting EYLF.
• Support development of children through play-based learning.
• Foster strong partnerships with families and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and NQS.
• Collaborate with leadership and fellow educators to maintain a positive team culture.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to children’s learning portfolios.
