Job summary

Above and Beyond Early Education Centre in Maryland NSW is seeking a Diploma Childcare Educator to join a small 35-place service. You will be part of a team delivering high-quality programs and supporting administrative tasks while the centre grows in the local community.

Qualifications

• Diploma or working towards Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience in an Early Childhood Service.
• Experience in administrative procedures, curriculum development, parent/community liaison.
• Experience in educational programming and observation analysis.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, educators, staff and management to deliver best outcomes for families and children.
• Develop educational program under the direction of the Educational Leader, Centre Director and Approved Provider to provide a high-quality program for all children.
• Assist with the smooth running of the room in line with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures under the direction of the Lead Educator.
