Cardiff Childcare in New South Wales is seeking Diploma and Cert III Educators who are passionate about early childhood education and care and have experience leading a group of children. You will build positive relationships with children, families and the local community.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Experience leading a group of children in the sector.

Responsibilities

• Building positive and caring relationships with children and their families.
• Applying pedagogical knowledge to meet individual needs of all children.
• Observing, documenting, interpreting and evaluating children's progress.
• Staying informed about the NQF/NQS/Regulations and EYLF, and implementing best practices.
• Planning and programming an outstanding educational program for children.
• Complying with relevant government regulations.
• Meeting and exceeding the development needs of each child.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Creating a supportive, stimulating and secure learning environment.

The role as an Educator will also see you inspiring the programs while ensuring a safe, hygienic and stimulating learning environment.

As an Educator your role will entail:

• Building positive and caringrelationships with the children and their families


• Applying your pedagogical knowledge and expertise to ensure the individual needs of all children are met
