Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification accepted.
• Strong commitment to child safety and active supervision under NQF.
• Ability to plan and implement play-based learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education through meaningful, play-based learning experiences.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Support programming, observations and ongoing assessment of development.
• Maintain a safe, well-organised environment and follow centre policies.
• Prioritise child safety and active supervision at all times.
