Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a dedicated dining and nutrition support team member for its Sandbrook aged care facility on the Gold Coast. The role focuses on meal preparation, presentation and serving while upholding dignity and resident choice.

The successful candidate will have customer service experience, a compassionate attitude and reliability to work flexible shifts. Police check and NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain) are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a care or hospitality setting preferred.
• Compassionate, respectful care with a positive attitude is essential.
• Willingness to follow direction and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service and dining setup to meet resident preferences.
• Support nutrition and dietary needs, considering allergies and intolerances.
• Engage residents socially during meals and maintain a pleasant dining environment.
• Prepare and maintain dining areas according to safety and hygiene standards.
