Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a Care Services Assistant in the Blue Mountains & Central West NSW region. The role focuses on nutrition and dining, assisting with meal preparation, delivery and service to residents, and providing person-centred care aligned with individual routines.

The position is part-time with flexible shifts, offering opportunities to support residents’ dining experiences and dignity, under the Bolton Clarke standards and Food Safety Plan.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, delivery, presentation and serving of resident meals.
• Support residents with meal choices and nutrition.
• Prepare and set up dining areas to meet residents’ needs.
• Provide social and emotional support during mealtimes.
• Maintain accurate nutrition and diet information as required.
• Assist with food safety and kitchen stock as needed.
