Job summary

Bolton Clarke is recruiting for a casual Hospitality - Care services assistant to support residents with meals, dining setup and social engagement at our Pendle Hill location in Greater Western Sydney. You will help deliver person-centred care, respecting individual routines and dietary needs.

The role values compassionate service, reliability and flexibility, with duties including meal preparation, service delivery and maintaining a positive dining experience for residents.

Qualifications

Demonstrated customer service skills.
Compassionate and caring attitude.
Reliable with flexibility to work shifts.
Good time management under pressure.
Willingness to take direction from others.
Valid working rights in Australia and ability to obtain checks.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparation, delivery, presentation and serving of resident meals.
Support residents with meal selection and dining preferences.
Maintain dining areas and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
Provide person-centred care aligned with daily routines.
Observe dietary needs, allergies and food intolerances.
Engage residents with social interaction during mealtimes.
