Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a frontline carer focused on nutrition and dining to support residents in a Greater Western Sydney setting. The role involves assisting with meal preparation, presentation, and service to align with individual preferences and dietary needs.

You will contribute to a positive dining experience by promoting resident choice, maintaining accurate nutrition information, and engaging residents socially during meals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Compassionate and caring attitude.
• Willingness to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Police check and/or NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and dining setup to meet resident preferences.
• Deliver person-centred care during meals and support independence.
• Maintain accurate nutrition and diet information as required.
• Ensure safe food handling in line with Food Safety Plan and Dining Framework.
• Engage residents to provide social and emotional support during mealtimes.
