Job summary

Orica in Perth is seeking a Specialist – Technology Support to champion new site technology implementations for on-site and remote operations across Australia. You will be a subject matter expert providing hands-on project and process management support for advanced systems such as ACS, BlastIQ and FRAGTrack, coordinating installations, training and customer-facing deployments.

You'll bring a safety-first mindset, strong problem-solving and IT/OT troubleshooting skills, plus experience in mining

Qualifications

Experience designing or implementing technology solutions on client sites.
Ability to manage projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Scoping customer operations and determining the appropriate technology solution.
Project managing the on-site installation and deployment of technology solutions.
Implementing hardware/software on client sites and coordinating with teams.
Developing and delivering training packages for customers and internal staff.
Acting as a subject matter expert, supporting customers and providing guidance.
