Job summary

NATA is seeking an experienced Digital Solutions Delivery Lead to oversee the operation, improvement, and delivery of key business systems, data, and BI platforms. The role balances hands-on and hands-off leadership, guiding a small specialist team in analysis, support, development, and reporting to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 42001, PROSCI, ITIL) are highly regarded.
• Proven experience in digital transformation and aligning systems with organisational goals.
• Experience with integration of Microsoft technologies including Fabric, SharePoint, Power BI, Dynamics, Business Central.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small specialist team in business systems, data, and BI platforms.
• Translate priorities into practical system roadmaps, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage multiple system projects to achieve timely delivery within budget.
• Support ICT strategy, governance, information security, and data governance.
• Deliver end-to-end development and secure delivery of scalable business systems.
